Synthesized methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(D,L- lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)-b-methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (mPEG−PLGA−mPEG) triblock copolymers with different coupling agents and revealed a positional isomeric effect of coupling agents on thermogelation of the triblock copolymer aqueous solutions.
